I couldn't rollback my driver, so I made sure to reinstall Radeon Software 21.10.2 with both 'Factory Reset' & 'Save Settings' checked when installing. Block the offending driver from automatically foisting itself back onto your PC by using Microsoft's Show or Hide Updates Tool ( direct), or by preventing drivers from being updated through Windows Update altogether using Group Policy (not recommended).Rollback the offending driver using Device Manager (if possible, if not, then export a snapshot of your settings, reinstall Radeon Software, and import that snapshot). This has to be the culprit.Įdit: I fixed it by reinstalling Radeon Software after preventing that driver from auto-updating itself through Windows Update. It occurred after I un-checked the 'Do not include driver updates with Windows Update' using the Group Policy editor Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->Windows Components->Windows Update, the first (and only) update it installed was Display - 3.1012.
